Here’s exactly what’s included in your Wix web design package.

Core Inclusions (All Packages)

    We start with a blank canvas and build your website around your content, branding, and business goals — not prebuilt templates or themes.

  • Mobile-Friendly Design
    Your website will be mobile friendly and optimized to display properly across multiple screen sizes.

  • SEO-Friendly Structure
    Each site includes structured page titles, meta descriptions, and header tags to support search engine indexing and readability.

  • 3 Rounds of Revisions (Per Page)
    You’ll have up to three rounds of revisions per page to ensure everything looks and feels right before final approval.

  • Dedicated Project Manager
    Your project manager will engage with you every step of the way, from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring a smooth, guided experience.

  • Client Portal Access
    You’ll have access to a secure client portal where you can view updates, submit revision requests, track your project’s progress, and communicate directly with your project manager.
    The portal keeps everything organized and accessible — giving you a smoother, more transparent experience from start to finish.

    Once your website is approved and finalized, we’ll transfer the site to your Wix account. You’ll retain 100% ownership and control going forward.

Page Structure & eCommerce

The number of pages included depends on the package selected. These can be used for:

  • Homepage

  • About or Bio

  • Services or Products

  • Contact

  • FAQ

  • Policies, blog, or other custom content

eCommerce Functionality:
All packages (except the 1-page site) can be used for either a standard website or an eCommerce site. If your package includes 2 or more pages, one of those pages will be used to house your Wix Store. 

The 1-page landing site does not include store integration, as the store requires a dedicated product page.

App Integrations (Wix & Third-Party)

We can integrate most Wix apps or third-party tools into your site upon request. This includes:

  • Wix apps (Wix Bookings, Events, Instagram feed, FAQ, Wix Chat, Forms, etc.)

  • Client-preferred third-party tools (booking portals, rental apps, event systems)

For third-party apps, clients must provide the integration code or direct link to their platform. We’ll link them into your Wix account as part of the build.

What’s Not Included

To protect your accounts and maintain project efficiency, the following are not included in your standard web design package:

  • We do not access or log into your social media platforms

  • We do not access or configure payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square, etc.)

  • We do not manage backend settings within third-party software

  • You are responsible for configuring sensitive financial connections (e.g., payment setup). Once that’s complete, we’ll link them into your Wix account as needed.

  • Custom coding is not included in standard design packages, but can be quoted separately if needed.

  • Content writing is not included unless selected as an upgrade. We offer professional content writing services tailored to your brand, which can be added at any point in the project.

Q: How many revisions do I get?
Your package includes up to 3 rounds of revisions per page — that’s the technical answer.
In practice, our goal is to create a site you love, and we’re happy to provide a little flexibility if you need an extra round or two.
That said, the revision cap also sets a professional boundary. If a client becomes abusive or unreasonably difficult, the limit serves as a safeguard. We're here to collaborate, not to reward unprofessional behavior.

Q: What’s the turnaround time for revision or change requests?
Most requests are entered into our production queue and executed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the complexity and our team’s workload.
If something is time-sensitive, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Q: Can you help me connect my domain?
Yes — we’ll guide you through the connection process or send clear instructions. Domain connection must be completed within your own Wix account to maintain security.

Q: Do I need a Wix plan to go live?
Yes. A Wix subscription is required to publish your website and connect your domain. You can purchase this at any time, but it must be secured before we initiate the final connection.

Q: What if I need help after the project is done?
Once your site is live, you’ll have full access to manage it. If you need updates or changes later, we offer support and upgrade services upon request.

Q: Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes. Wix is built for business owners, not developers. After we transfer the site to your account, you’ll be able to make edits, updates, or even expand it on your own terms.

Q: What editor will you use to build my website?
By default, we build all websites using the Wix Classic Editor. It’s the most stable and robust option available, giving you full control after the project is complete.
If you prefer to have your website built in Wix Studio, that’s available as an upgrade for an additional $197 per page.
