At 10com, our revision process is designed to be collaborative, efficient, and results-driven. Revisions help us refine your site — but they only work when they’re submitted clearly, respectfully, and in line with the scope of your project.

We’re happy to offer additional revisions within reason if the relationship has been professional and respectful

We do not reward abusive or unprofessional behavior with extra revisions or faster timelines
Best Practices for Submitting Revisions
To ensure fast, accurate updates:

Submit all feedback in one update

Be specific and actionable

Identify the exact page or section (e.g., Home Page: Update headline to 'Get Started Today')

Include screenshots, links, or references when helpful

Wait until an update is delivered before submitting new revision requests

Avoid filler or excessive commentary — keep your request focused and to the point

Do not use AI-generated content for revision feedback
All revision requests must be submitted through your client portal.
We do not accept revision requests over the phone, via text message, or through social media.
Using the portal keeps everything organized, trackable, and ensures your request is properly queued and executed.
Optional: Leave Feedback Visually on the Site
If you prefer to leave feedback directly on the website itself (by clicking on sections and commenting visually), let us know.
We can load the draft site into our private feedback and collection tool, where you’ll be able to mark things up directly on the screen.
This often helps speed up communication and ensures nothing gets lost in translation.
What Causes Delays

Each revision request re-enters the production queue and is scheduled based on team availability and workload.
AI-Generated Feedback Policy
AI tools like ChatGPT or others often produce revision feedback that:

Is out of scope or platform-incompatible

Adds excessive filler with no actionable value

Requests features not included in your package

Ignores the structural and design constraints of Wix
For that reason:

AI-generated revision requests will not be accepted

If we mistakenly execute an AI-generated request and later need to fix it, those corrections will count against your included revisions
